WHAT ARE YOUR BOARDING HOURS?
Like Daycare, check-in is allowed without additional fees anytime between 5am and 2pm, and check-out is the next day at 12 noon. Should you have to check out later than 12 noon, there is a partial daycare/late departure fee of $30 dollars that covers you until 10pm. After 10pm and before 5am, unless otherwise agreed upon ahead of time, would be considered an additional boarding night and would incur additional fees.

IS IT OKAY TO BRING MY OWN BED/Toys/Kongs/etc?
No, due to sanitary guidelines we can no longer accept external beds/blankets. We can, however, accommodate your pup with one of our bed & blanket combos. They will be super comfy! The only exception would be Grande Suites where you can send your own blanket/bed from home if you wish. Please do not send bowls, we will not accept them. Please only send one or two toys. No rope toys, No bully sticks No Kongs ( for sanitary reasons) No wet-food lids or measuring scoops for the food (We have our own, thank you!) No Glass Containers of any kind.
should i bring my own food?
Yes! We welcome our clients to bring their own dog food. Please measure an exact amount for their stay and label their bag with their name and instructions. Please send preportioned bags for each meal. You are welcome to use small paper bags to reduce plastic waste! Please do not include bowls, or measuring cups/scoops/can openers for sanitary reasons (we have our own, don’t worry!) If you would prefer, we are able to feed your pup "house food" which is a limited ingredient food we carry for $3 per meal. **Please do not send any glass containers**
Do I need to bring my own bowls? Scoopers? Can Opener?
No, thank you. We do not allow personal bowls for sanitary reasons. We promise your pup will love our bowls, too! Like the rules related to bowls, we have our own measuring cups and can openers and only use ours for safety and sanitation.
WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY LIKE DURING BOARDING?
Drop off begins at 5am, and playgroup starts at 8am. Between those times, we will let your dog out to stretch and potty, and feed breakfast if you have instructed us to do so. Playgroup starts at 8am and ends around 3pm. If you send a lunch (or your dog requires additional breaks) we would take a break during midday (11am-12) then return to play until about 3pm.
Once back in their individual suite, they would be let out to potty/stretch approximately every 2 hours - with a dinner break at 5pm unless otherwise instructed-and then bedtime at 10pm. In the event your pup is still restless, we are staffed 24 hours per day and the overnight staff can let your dog out/give them extra attention to make sure they are settled and resting well.
*We encourage drop off as early as possible so that your dog is able to benefit from daytime activities;
we find that they rest better in the evening after a good amount of exercise during play hours.

are you able to give my dog a walk during THEIR STAY?
Absolutely. For an additional cost, we are happy to accommodate an outdoor walk if you would like, We are also able to accommodate a treadmill session for high-energy pups with excess energy to work off.

do all of the rooms have a web camera?
Only the Grande boarding suites have in-suite cameras. However, all stays include daycare
where you have access to daycare cameras to watch your pup play 7+ hours per day (playgroup is 8am-3pm).

Do i have to/CAN I TRY OUT THE FACILITY FOR DAYCARE PRIOR TO BOARDING TO MAKE SURE IT'S A GOOD FIT?
Absolutely, it is actually required. We offer a free day of daycare available only Monday-Wed for all new clients so we can make sure it’s a good fit for both of us. Please visit the daycare page of our website for more information and to book your first day!.
how old does my dog have to be to attend?
12 weeks old with vaccine and fecal test requirements met. Rabies will be required at 6 months of age.

DOES MY DOG NEED TO BE SPAYED/NEUTERED?
Dogs that are older than 6 months of age are required to be spayed or neutered to participate in group play. For dogs that are not eligible for group play we do offer solo play, walks, treadmill, 1:1 activities etc.
Do you offer solo play?
We know not every dog is a good fit for group play with an attendant. We provide dedicated staff to care for your dog during the day while you are at work or "away". The solo-play attendant will play with your dog individually, giving dedicated service. We offer fetch, walks, treadmill services. We are able to give cuddle time or massage. We can also work on basic commands etc. We do our best to give them exercise as well as keep them safe and engaged during the day. Solo play is an additional $10 per day.
ARE YOU ABLE TO ADMINISTER MEDICATION?
Yes, and consistent with our feeding policy we require the exact amounts your pup will consume during their day/stay with us. We ask for clearly written instructions via the client portal and give all food and meds at your (or the vet's) instructions. Medications other than anxiety medicine will require written diagnosis from a vet. We do not accept dogs with extensive injury past or present, a history of seizures , or any illness or communicable disease, as we are not an animal hospital. Dogs who have a history of injury, illness or medical conditions should board in a medically supervised environment or in their own home with a 1:1 caregiver.

CAN YOU SEND PHOTOS OF MY DOG THROUGHOUT THE STAY?
The short answer to this is no. Unfortunately, we do not have staff available to take photos of the pups to send as they are busy taking care of the dogs and we discourage phone use while working because it takes away from the animals in our care. We do sometimes take photos and post them to our social media feed, and we of course have cameras available to log in and see your pups during their stay! You are also able to book a grand suite with a camera in suite so you can see your pups in 24/7!
am i able to schedule a tour?
YES, WE ARE TAKING REQUESTS FOR TOURS AGAIN. TOURS CAN ONLY BE GIVEN BY A MANAGER DURING DESK HOURS, AND ARE GIVEN AT THE MANAGER’S DISCRETION BASED ON OCCUPANCY AND STAFF AVAILABILITY. CANCELLATION AND DEPOSIT POLICIES
“Cancellations. I understand that if I cancel a reservation, I will be required to pay for the entire time reserved, unless I cancel within one (1) business day for all non-holiday reservations, and more than seven (7) days in advance for holiday reservations. A holiday is any holiday recognized by the US Postal Service. The periods of November 22 – November 27, and December 22 – January 2 requires a fourteen (14) day in advance cancellation. “ Terms: “The periods of November 22 – November 27, and December 22 – January 2 require a 50% nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking.”
