1. PLEASE NOTE: Bordetella, Distemper, Rabies and a Negative fecal test are mandatory. PRIOR TO SUBMITTING your reservation, you must attach proof of these vaccinations to the Owner Profileunder Owner Files. Failure to do so will result in an immediately declined request. For best results, verify you have the correct (and up to date) vaccines/test prior to submitting the request. Please allow 24 hours to process reservation requests. 2. We do not house any dogs with contagious illness or risky medical conditions. Our facility is not made to accommodate such conditions. If for any reason your dog is sick please consult a boarding facility with medical oversight. 3. We do not accept same-day reservations for new clients. If you have submitted a reservation request and did not follow rule #1 and the reservation is declined for failure to show proof of vaccinations, your request will be moved to the back of the line for consideration. 4. Making a reservation must be done through the client portal. Changes to an existing reservation must be done via emailing the front desk. We are not able to accept verbal changes to existing reservations. These rules are in place to protect you, the guest, and ensure you are getting the service exactly as requested. 5. Annual price increases occur October 1st of every year to commensurate with inflation, local and federal labor rates, as well as the rising cost of health care and animal supplies.
