​OUR DESK MANAGERS ARE AVAILABLE BETWEEN 9AM-6PM. The fastest, and easiest way to get a hold of someone is to EMAIL the front desk as it goes to multiple managers and the response time is much faster.

​If you are a new client and have questions regarding daycare or boarding, please first visit the Boarding or Daycare pages of the website to review all of the information available. Once you have reviewed that information and feel confident that it is a service you would like to book, please follow the steps to book a new client reservation. BRIDGET LYONS

​​​Growing up, Bridget spent long summers working
on the family farm and those experiences grew her love for animals. Sun-up to sun-down, Bridget is an owner dedicated to your pup's stay, play, and your total satisfaction!  Having worked with a number of different rescues, she also understands the need for compassionate and loving placement for homeless animals and is a committed member of the rescue community.  Bridget has worked within pet hotels
and daycare companies as an attendant,
​management and executive. 
She puts an emphasis on integrity in
​service, and is available to speak with the clients 
​at any time by contacting her  here or here. 
​
​Bridget is an owner you can rely on.
She and her staff will be certain to hold the highest regards for you, and your dog's individual needs!

MARGARET FULGHUM

Margaret is an easy going Chicago native, who grew up in nearby Western Springs, IL. 
Her favorite part about working with dogs
is watching them learn and grow; having them become part of her extended family. 
​Whenever she is on site, you can find her in play!
She loves to be in the mix with the dogs.
Margaret worked for years as a dog attendant and dog hotel General Manager, and she understands the
ins-and-outs of the boarding and daycare business.  She has fantastic  relationships with local vet offices, as well as other dog-friendly
​businesses across Chicagoland.
