what areas do you service with transportation?
Currently, we pick up as far North as Irving Park, East to the Lake, West to Pulaski and South to Roosevelt. If you are on the cusp, shoot us a message and lets see if we can get you on the pick up schedule.
What times does the bus run?
We pick up within a window of time. In the morning, our pick-up starts at 7:00am and continues until approximately 9:30am depending on the route.
In the afternoon, our route begins around 3:30pm and continues until approximately 5:30pm.
We understand that these are large windows of time, but as your dog is on the route consistently you will have a more reliable (and smaller) window of time to expect your driver.
*times may vary based on unforeseen circumstances including accidents, weather, traffic jams or street shut-downs due to filming. The Bus runs Monday through Friday, year round, with the exception of Postal/Federal Holidays and Other Holidays as determined by Dog. Hotel |Daycare

what are the requirements to use the transportation service?
We require two days per week attendance minimum; you choose the days and we will get you started.
We ask for written instructions emailed to the front desk, as each building and client's home is different.
We use our own leashes for transportation so we only need the collar (clip-in-front harness is preferred for easier handling).
If you are sending food with them, we ask that it be labeled with their first and last name and
feeding instructions (breakfast/lunch/snacks etc.).
For Bus changes or updates, please email by 6pm the day before service.

What does it look like inside the bus?
The buses are specifically outfitted for the transportation of dogs. We have crates anchored inside the vans to secure your dogs and keep them safe.
Do the dog buses have heating and cooling?
Yes of course! We do our absolute best to give your dog the absolute best.
What is the cost of a transportation Daycare package
We offer a 10 day package ($490) and a 20 day package ($880)
We do offer transportation for boarding without a daycare package, $35 dollars one way so long as it is within our pick up range. If you are outside of our pick up range, we are able to refer you to a pet transportation company.
